Five of Cups
A figure draped in grey stands with his back to us. He is moving toward a closed gate in the colourless garden background symbolising his focus on the past. The man turned away from two cups standing in greenery. His head leans to the left away from the lavishly coloured part of the garden. The card denotes grieving and emotional wounds, it can alert to the possibility of a loss. There is a sense of despair, regret and broken dreams. However, there is hope in this card. The number five stands for instability and change. A small shift is needed; just slight turning to the right side can change the point of attention back to life.
